Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F)
In a large bowl, combine chicken wings, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Toss to coat.
1 kg chicken wings, 1 tbsp baking powder, 1 tsp fine salt, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp ground white pepper
Drizzle with the oil. Toss to coat again.

Spread chicken wings in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine butter, hot sauce, and brown sugar (optional). Heat over medium heat until butter is melted and sauce is smooth.
120 ml hot sauce, 115 g butter, 1 tbsp brown sugar
Remove chicken wings from oven and toss with hot sauce mixture.
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
