Our owner and 5 star Chef is Russell Ford, Russell started as an apprentice chef 27 years ago. He moved onto the London 5 star hotels, working at some of the leading hotels of the world, including 4 years at the world-renowned Dorchester in park lane. He then spent some time in Melbourne Australia.
